The iTunes applescripts are sad

Right now, a lot of the applescripts are in suboptimal states; the 'get volume' shows the volume in an error-style message, and the 'toggle mute' script doesn't actually toggle mute. Also, the queue display script is kind of suboptimal due to the maximum width being longer than the output of gbq.

These should be fairly minor fixes, except I'm not sure how to handle the 'show queue' one. Do we just want to show the titles? We almost definitely don't want to show the queue numbers, and we even might not want to show the queue user, so that we can get everything on one line per song.
