Documentation should have instructions for how to use client scripts

Description
Reading the man pages is all fine and good, but we should have some obvious, straightforward documentation for the client scripts and how to use them. These should probably be linked from the front page of the wiki (gutenbach.mit.edu) and on the project page on sipb.mit.edu/projects
