gutenbach-server doesn't kill pulseaudio on installation

Description
If pulseaudio was previously installed and was running, then when gutenbach-server is installed, the pulseaudio instance is not always killed. If this happens, then it can cause things to be screwy. We should add a line to the init script to just kill any instances of pulse.
