Message:

• Turned the remctl scripts into a package. Installs cleanly on lbsg, but has not been tested on zsr.
• Moved the status*, cd*, and volume* remctl scripts in sipbmp3.git to the gutenbach-remctl package.
• Fixed various configuration issues.
